Jr. Aaron opened the doors to a humble 6000 square foot building in 1988. At the time Woodstock Furniture Outlet was known for having great deals on odds and ends, scratch and dent, etc. But what customers enjoyed most was the friendly, down to earth atmosphere – still present today.
An explosion of growth in the Woodstock, GA area produced a higher demand for a furniture store and Jr., foreseeing the trend rose to supply it. Soon after came the transition from an odds and ends store to a "Hometown Furniture Superstore". The vision was to have a place where people can find everything they need to furnish their home. With grand selections of living room, dining, bedroom, mattresses, a custom order department, Floral Design Center, Rug Gallery and much more; WFO quickly became a substantial cornerstone in the home furnishings business.
The family owned business continued to grow and over time moved to their present location in Acworth, GA; an approximate 90,000 square foot building of showroom and warehouse space. The new expansion created an efficient process for serving customers as well as showing more selections of furniture. A second location in Hiram debuted in 2005. Both stores present the same quality customer service while possessing an easy going, friendly environment.
Jr. and the family attribute the growth of Woodstock Furniture Outlet to many things; however, first and foremost to God. Because of their foundational beliefs and God's given vision during a critical time, the company has experienced great success. Additionally, they credit wonderful and loyal customers, family and a host of associates who work hard to maintain the company's mission.
