Woodstock Furniture Outlet provides delivery and set up services to North, South, East and West Georgia areas. If you live outside the local Georgia area, it is possible we can obtain a quote from freight carrier companies to assist you. Basic Delivery Service:
-Deliveries are made Tuesday - Saturday
-Your delivery will be confirmed the day before
-Delivery includes preparation, assembly and set up of furniture to one address (some furniture may require an extra set up fee. Please see our Premiere Deliver Services.pdf).
-Prior to scheduling delivery, home must be complete: closings, construction and/or remodeling and a driveway that is passable.
-Our delivery teams are restricted from moving any electronic equipment or existing furniture already in the home. If you need your existing furniture moved or removed you will need to pay for and schedule a Premier Delivery.
-Customer must arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (18 years or older) there to accept and sign for delivery.
-Upon request, we will contact customer at work or an alternate number 1 hour prior to our truck's arrival to meet us at the home.
-We cannot take appointments or requests. You will be given a 4 hour window on the day of your delivery. The time frame is based on the most efficient routing metrics.

Local Delivery is considered up to 40 miles from our distribution center located in Acworth, GA on Hwy 92.

Pick up is available at Acworth from 8am - 8pm and Hiram from 9am - 8pm. Expect to wait 10-15 minutes for your furniture to be pulled. We will load the furntiure in its carton. We do not assemble furniture that is picked up, that fee is included in our Delivery charge. If you want the furniture assembled you may want to have it delivered. If you choose to pick up your furniture and discover defects or damage, we will send a certified technician out to repair the furniture or you can return it to the store for an exchange. It will be your responsibility to transport damaged merchandise back to the store or pay a delivery charge.
