My husband and I just wanted to say thanks for being such a great store to deal with. Recently we purchased a desk, bed and bookcase. While we were waiting to paint a room, we realized that the bed that we had purchased was going to be too large for the room it was going to be in. Imagine our panic and we were afraid that we would be stuck with the bed. However, when we came in and talked with Annette Hostler who had helped us, she assured us that we could cancel the bed since it was not a special order. I can't begin to tell you what a relief that was for us. As we left your store on Friday with the rest of our order, we felt thankful that we had dealt with your store again as we have in the past. We will definitely always come to your store first when looking for furniture and also try to be sure to get Annette to help us.

I had a delivery today and Anthony was the guy that came by. I just wanted to tell you he was GREAT. He called me that day and was there when he said he would be and he was very funny as well (when I spoke to him on the phone). Also Mr. NeSmith was my salesman and he was just as great. I am so VERY glad that I bought my funiture at Woodstock Outlet in Acworth. I am so glad to see that some people have not forgotten about customer service and have a GREAT attitude. What a great experience. I am getting married in August and we bought a living room set and dining room furniture for our house. Elgin and Scott went out of their way to help us. Susan Freeman is a member of Covenant Life Church of God in Bremen, GA. The Sunday before she was told she was the winner of the $1500 gas card from WFO, her church expressed a need for gas to transport children during their Kid's Camp. The $1500 gas card was just in time and just enough to fill up the vans used to carry little ones back and forth to activities. What a blessing that God answered their prayers and what an honor for WFO to be a part of such a blessing!

"A week ago I went to your Acworth location to buy a desk. When I home and started to assemble it, I noticed that the waxy paper the desktop was wrapped in was literally stuck to the top of the desk as if it was glued there. To add insult to injury, the hardware for the desk legs was missing.
