Customer Service

How do I contact Customer Service? What are your Customer Service hours?

 

You may contact customer service via phone at 678.255.1013 or email.

Customer Service hours are Monday thru Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

How can I cancel my online order?

 

 

 

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been added to the delivery queue or delivered by Woodstock Furniture Outlet. Our online administrator can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled.

Delivery Service

Where does Woodstock Furniture Outlet Deliver?

Woodstock Furniture delivers to North, South, East and West Georgia. It is possible we may be able to deliver to areas outside of Georgia, however if you have questions concerning your area  or zip code please contact customer service.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Upon order confirmation and if your order is in stock, delivery can be scheduled usually within 48 hours.

Will I be contacted regarding my delivery?

Deliveries are confirmed the day before the delivery is made. If we are unable to reach you, the delivery will be rescheduled. Once the delivery is scheduled the driver will contact you the morning of the delivery and give a four (4) hour delivery window.

 

What if my furniture is delivered damaged?

Please understand furniture is bulky and relatively difficult to transport. Despite careful attention to your product's handling, damages may still occur on rare occasions. If there is a problem with your furniture during delivery, you can contact one of our Customer Service Representatives or call Monday thru Saturday from 9am to 6pm.

Will my furniture need assembly?

Such furniture like bedroom pieces, dining tables and chairs, etc. may require assembly. In some cases an additional assembly fee may charged. This will be finalized during your order confirmation.

Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?

WFO offers a one-year limited warranty on all merchandise within manufacturer's perimeters. The only exceptions are clearance items, items sold "as is", and accessory items sold off the showroom floor.
