Standard Periodic Rate: The daily standard periodic rate used to figure the finance charge for the regular subaccount will be a variable rate, subject to quarterly changes, and based on the prime rate. The minimum daily standard periodic rate that can apply is 0.06547% (ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE 23.90%). The rate change date for each quarter is the first day of the first billing cycle beginning on or after January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
Default Periodic Rate: If at any time you fail to pay the Total Minimum Payment for your account when due for two consecutive billing cycles, your regular subaccount may be subject to the daily default periodic rate. Plan Requirements:
- Must be employed by the same company for at least SIX months.
- Earn $1000 a month and deposit at least $500 a month into your checking account.
- Must have an active checking account that has been open at least THREE months.
