Delivery Policy
Standard Delivery Service
Deliveries are confirmed the day before the delivery is made. If we are unable to reach you, the delivery will be rescheduled. Once the delivery is scheduled the driver will contact you the morning of the delivery and give a four (4) hour delivery window. Your delivery fee will be based on delivery location and merchandise purchased.
Prior to standard delivery service, please prepare your room by clearing and cleaning the space where the new furniture is to be placed.
Premium Delivery Service
For customer's who have demanding schedules or prefer additional services, we now offer premium delivery which includes the following:
- We can accommodate your schedule
- We can move and set up furniture in your home up to the number of pieces you purchase
- We can haul furniture away from your home up to the number of pieces you purchase
Reporting Damages
- Please inspect your product upon delivery and notify customer service of any product damages. We can not take responsibility for damages beyond the date of delivery. If you receive merchandise on Saturday you have until Monday to report damages or defects.
- You must contact customer service (link to customer service email: mbramblett@woodstockoutlet.com) or call 678.255.1013 to have a technician scheduled to come to your home and repair defect or damage.

All mattress sales $699 or more get free local delivery. If furniture is to be delivered with the mattress purchase, deduct $40 dollars from the delivery fee.
Customer Pick - Up Policy
If you decide to pick up your furniture at our distribution center, come Monday thru Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please expect a 15-20 minute wait while your furniture is being pulled. We will load your furniture in its carton. If you choose to pick up your furniture and discover defects or damage, we will send a service tech out at no charge or you can return the merchandise to the distribution center for an exchange.
IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO TRANSPORT DAMAGED MERCHANDISE BACK TO THE DISTRIBUTION CENTER OR PAY A DELIVERY CHARGE.
