Merchandise requiring extensive assembly or items that are considered oversized are subject to an additional +$35.00 fee, such as bunkbeds and very heavy items.
Moving more furniture than delivered on the same level.
Woodstock Furniture & Mattress Outlet offers disposal of a mattress set with a purchase of a new mattress set.
At no time can our drivers move furniture from one location to another without additional charges. See warehouse manager for pricing.
Our drivers are not permitted to move any electronics.
Pick up is available at Acworth from 8am - 8pm and Hiram from 9am - 8pm. Expect to wait 10-15 minutes for your furniture to be pulled. We will load the furniture in its carton. We do not assemble furniture that is picked up, that fee is included in our Delivery charge. If you want the furniture assembled you may want to have it delivered. If you choose to pick up your furniture and discover defects or damage, we will send a certified technician out to repair the furniture or you can return it to the store for an exchange. It will be your responsibility to transport damaged merchandise back to the store or pay a delivery charge.
