Premium Delivery Service:
- Deliveries are made Tuesday-Saturday starting at $159.99.
- Delivery is 2 days out from date of purchase if you don't live too far away. Some areas may be subject to additional fees and delivery day restrictions. See a Sales Consultant for full details.
- Your delivery will be confirmed 2 days before and you will be given a 4-hour delivery window the day before*.
- Upon request, our Service Technicians will call/text when leaving the stop prior to let you know they are on their way.
- Customer must arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (18 years or older) there to accept and sign for delivery.
- Premium Delivery includes preparation, assembly, and set up of furniture to one address (some furniture may require an extra set up fee). Please see our Additional Delivery Services for details.
- Prior to scheduling delivery, home must be complete: closings, construction and/or remodeling, as well as a driveway that is passable.
- Our Service Technicians are restricted from moving any electronic equipment or existing furniture already in the home. If you need your existing furniture moved you will need to pay for and schedule this additional service prior to your scheduled delivery date.
- Furniture removal available for an added fee - see an associate for details.
- We cannot take appointments or requests. The 4-hour time frame is based on the most efficient routing metrics*.

Curbside Delivery Service:
- $59.99 or FREE with a $599 minimum purchase if you don't live too far away! Limit 10 Pieces, see store for details.
- Your delivery will be confirmed 2 days before and you will be given a 4-hour delivery window the day before*.
- Upon request, our Service Technicians will call/text when leaving the stop prior to let you know they are on their way.
- Products with multiple parts will require do-it-yourself assembly.
- We place all furniture just inside the garage, carport, or driveway of your house, apartment, or condo building.
- All merchandise is dropped off in the manufacturer's packaging.
- Customer must arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (18 years or older) there to accept and sign for delivery.
- NOT INCLUDED: placement of furniture into your home, unpacking or unwrapping furniture, removal of packing materials, any necessary assembly, or delivery outside of our delivery area.

Additional Delivery Services:
The following services can be provided for the listed upgrade fees. For piece counts that are not defined below, please contact us.
Merchandise requiring extensive assembly or items that are considered oversized, such as bunkbeds and very heavy items, are subject to additional fees.
Moving Existing Furniture
Our delivery team will move furniture piece for piece, and only from the room we are delivering into, to another room.
Woodstock Furniture & Mattress Outlet offers disposal of a mattress set with a purchase of a new mattress set.
- Moving Furniture: +$100
Our drivers are not permitted to move any electronics.
Other Surcharges (in addition to delivery if applicable)
- 25 to 45 pieces delivered: +$50
- 46-70 pieces delivered: +$100
- Assembly Fee (if applicable): $35
- Heavy Lift Fee (if applicable): $150
- AM or PM time frame preference: +$100 to Premium Delivery Service Charge, if you don't live too far away
Rescheduling Delivery
If you need to reschedule delivery - we are more than happy to help! However, any delivery changed within 24 hours of the scheduled day will incur a $50 rescheduleing fee.
Customer Pickup:
Pick up is available at our Acworth Distribution Center from 9am-6pm* Monday-Saturday. Expect to wait 20-25 minutes for your furniture to be pulled. You can also call ahead (678) 554-4508, ext 200 to save time!
We will load the furniture in its carton. We do not assemble furniture that is picked up, that fee is included in our Delivery charge. If you want the furniture assembled you may want to have it delivered. If you choose to pick up your furniture and discover defects or damage, we will send a certified technician out to repair the furniture or you can return it to the store for an exchange. It will be your responsibility to transport damaged merchandise back to the store or pay a delivery charge.
