Warranty Information

Limited Warranty
Craftmaster Furniture is warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for ONE YEAR from the original purchase date. Under this warranty, Craftmaster’s obligation is limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts, except those not covered by the warranty, found to be defective in material or workmanship upon examination by Craftmaster. Repair labor is covered for a period of ONE YEAR on all warrantied items listed below. Cost for packing and shipping, if required, are not covered by this warranty.


Warranty Service
Claims for service under the warranty must be made through the retail dealer from which the furniture was purchased. To obtain the service for which you are entitled please keep your dated receipt indicating style and fabric description. Excluded in this is furniture sold “as-is”, liquidation sales, and any defects resulting from misuse of the furniture.


Frame
Limited lifetime warranty. Craftmaster frames, upholstered in the original fabric and under normal use and conditions, are warranted against manufacturing defects to the original purchaser for the LIFETIME of the product. Industry standard for product lifetime is considered to be 7 years.


Springs
Craftmaster spring units are warranted against breakage due to defective parts or workmanship for a period of FIVE YEARS from the date of purchase.


Cushions
Craftmaster cushioning materials are the primary source of comfort you receive from your furniture. Seat cushions are warranted for FIVE YEARS from date of purchase against loss of resiliency. The loss of resiliency should not be confused with slight softening and flattening of the polyester fiber and foam that will occur as a result of normal use and aging.


Sleep Mattresses
Innerspring mattresses are warranted to be free of defects for FIVE YEARS by the mattress manufacturer. Sleeper mattress covers are excluded from this warranty. If defects appear (under normal use and service) during the first 5 years we will, at our option, repair or replace the mattress at no charge to the original purchaser.


Mechanism
Swivel rockers, recliners, sleeper mechanism (all metal parts) are warranted to be free of defects for TWO YEARS from the date of original purchase. Power reclining furniture mechanisms are warranted to be free of defects for THREE YEARS from the date of original purchase.


Fabric/Leather
Upholstery fabrics/leathers are warranted against defective material or workmanship for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase under normal care and use. This warranty does NOT COVER FADING, PILLING, SHRINKAGE, OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY HEAVY SOILING OR ABUSE. Due to the dye lot variations from fabric suppliers, Craftmaster cannot guarantee dye lot matches unless products are purchased simultaneously. Fabric/Leather failure or damage due to chemical treatment or improper cleaning is also excluded from this warranty. See our swatch or contact Craftmaster for the proper fabric cleaning codes. All Revolution fabrics carry an additional 2 year warranty against stains if cleaned according to “R” cleaning instructions.


USB Ports
USB Ports and Plugs are warranted to be free of manufactured defects for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase under normal wear and tear.


Additional Info
To ensure longer wear from your upholstery fabric be sure to vacuum the seat cushions, inside arms, and inside backs on a regular basis (at least once a week is recommended). Animals such as cats and dogs can be extremely abrasive on upholstery fabric and should not be allowed on furniture. Fabric mills will not honor warranties of any type if evidence of animal use is found. Never expose upholstery fabrics/leather to sunlight for any lengthy period of time.
